I STILL BELIEVE

We had met in the world of innocence,

Took our path in the different world,

Lied in the same crib of learning,

But ending up with different aspirations.

Life has its way of beginning,

Life has its way of ending,

But love will keep us together,

If only destiny would allow it to be.

Someday I will wish to the stars,

To bring me back to where we’d met.

Wishing and hoping you’re there,

Waiting for me to come along.

Miracle still happens,

For trees still grew and flowers still bloomed.

Rain still falls and sun still rise and fall.

And I know it’s not yet the end…

…if it wasn’t YOU and ME.

I'm In Love, YES I AM!

Young girl, yes I am. They say I’m immature but I think I’m not.

Dependent, yes I am. They say I cannot live alone but I guessed I can.

I’m in love, yes I am. They say it’s wrong but I presumed its right.

            Loving is always right but what’s wrong is that the person who will receive that love. And up until now, I never imagined myself to be in this situation. I know myself more than what other people think of me. I know myself more than what my family knew me. Yes, I know myself.

            With my age, I should know what’s right or wrong but I just can’t identify it now. I need company, I needed someone to talk to but I don’t want to be judged. My friends were all in Manila that’s why I’m all alone now. They were all brutally honest, and I’m afraid to hear that I’m such a stupid person. But yes I am.

            There’s a man I loved. I saw everything I wanted in him and I believe he’s the one. And I mean he is. Every day is a treasure of memories as I talked to him. It was perfect having an argument with him during classes. It was perfect seeing his smile shines through my eyes. He was intelligent – one of a kind. He was respectful – I wish he was mine.

            Someday I said to myself, he will like me. But it was only yesterday that I found out that he was in love with my much close friend. It hurts at first but that’s life. I can never change his mind. God has awakened me up from this wild dream. It was a nightmare but I will wake up with a smile and thinking nothing happened for he was just my instructor.

But that’s why I’m devoted.

Loving is giving; loving is taking a chance,

Loving is sacrifice; loving is to be hurt.

But no matter what love means,

Loving is the only reason for breathing.

Ten Guidelines From God

1 Quit Worrying:
Life has dealt you a blow and all you do is sit and worry. Have you forgotten that I am here to take all your burdens and carry them for you? Alternatively, do you just enjoy fretting over every little thing that comes your way?

2. Put It On The List:
Something needs done or taken care of. Put it on the list. No, not YOUR list. Put it on MY to-do-list. Let ME be the one to take care of the problem. I cannot help you until you turn it over to Me. Moreover, although My to-do-list is long, I am after all... God. I can take care of anything you put into My hands. In fact, if the truth were ever really known, I take care of many things for you that you never even realize.

3. Trust Me:
Once you have given your burdens to Me, quit trying to take them back. Trust in Me.
Have the faith that I will take care of all your needs, your problems and your trials.
Problems with the kids? Put them on My list.
Problem with finances? Put it on My list.
Problems with your emotional roller coaster?
For My sake, put it on My list. I want to help you. All you have to do is ask.

4. Leave It Alone:
Do not wake up one morning and say, "Well, I'm feeling much stronger now; I think I can handle it from here." Why do you think you are feeling stronger now? It is simple. You gave Me your burdens and I am taking care of them. I also renew your strength and cover you in my peace. Don't you know that if I give you these problems back, you will be right back where you started? Leave them with Me and forget about them. Don't you trust me!

5. Talk To Me:
I want you to forget many things. Forget what was making you crazy. Forget the worry and the fretting because you know I am in control. Nevertheless, there is one thing I pray you never forget. Please, do not forget to talk to Me - OFTEN! I love YOU! I want to hear your voice. I want you to include Me in on the things going on in your life. I want to hear you talk about your friends and family. Prayer is simply you having a conversation with Me. I want to be your dearest friend.

6. Have Faith:
I see many things from up here that you cannot see from where you are. Have faith in Me that I know what I am doing.
Trust Me; you would not want the view from My eyes. I will continue to care for you, watch over you, and meet your needs. You only have to trust Me. Although I have a much bigger task than you do, it seems as if you have so much trouble just doing your simple part. How hard can trust be?

7. Share:
You were taught to share when you were only two years old. When did you forget?
That rule still applies. Share with those who are less fortunate than you are. Share your joy with those who need encouragement. Share your laughter with those who have not heard any in such a long time. Share your tears with those who have forgotten how to cry. Share your faith with those who have none.

8. Be Patient:
I managed to fix it so in just one lifetime you could have so many diverse experiences.
You grow from a child to an adult, have children, change jobs many times, learn many trades, travel to so many places, meet thousands of people, and experience so much. How can you be so impatient then when it takes Me a little longer than you expect to handle something on My to-do-list? Trust in My timing, for My timing is perfect. Just because I created the entire universe in only six days, everyone thinks I should always rush, rush, and rush.

9. Be Kind:
Be kind to others, for I love them just as much as I love you. They may not dress like you, or talk like you, or live the same way you do, but I still love you all. Please try to get along, for My sake.. I created each of you different in some way. It would be too boring if you were all identical.
Please, know I love each of your differences.

10. Love Yourself:
As much as I love you, how can you not love yourself?
I created you for one reason only -- to be loved, and to love in return. I am a God of Love. Love Me.
Love your neighbors. Also, love yourself. It makes My heart ache when I see you so angry with yourself when things go wrong. You are very precious to me. Do not ever forget...

Touch someone with your LOVE.

Layman's 10 Commandments

1]   Prayer is not a "spare wheel" that you pull out when in  trouble, but it is a "steering wheel"  that directs the right path  throughout.

2]   So a Car's WINDSHIELD is so large &  the Rear view Mirror is so small? Because our PAST is not as important as our  FUTURE. So, Look Ahead and Move on.

3]    Friendship is like a BOOK. It takes few seconds to burn, but it takes years to  write.

4] All things in  life are temporary.  If going well, enjoy it, they will not last forever.  If going wrong, don't worry, they can't last long either.

5] Old Friends are  Gold! New Friends are Diamond! If you get a Diamond, don't forget the Gold!  Because to hold a Diamond, you always need a Base of Gold!

6]   Often  when we lose hope and think this is the end, GOD smiles from above and says,  "Relax, sweetheart, it's just a bend, not the end!

7]   When GOD  solves your problems, you have faith in HIS abilities; when GOD doesn't solve  your problems HE has faith in your abilities.

8]   A blind  person asked St. Anthony: "Can there be anything worse than losing eye sight?"  He replied: "Yes, losing your vision!"  

 

9] When you pray  for others, God listens to you and blesses them, and sometimes, when you are  safe and happy, remember that someone has prayed for you.

10] WORRYING does not take away  tomorrow's TROUBLES, it takes away today's PEACE.
